Who this is

What I collect
Things you type in
If you fill in the quote form, I receive what you entered: your first and last name, phone number, state, email address if you chose to give one, and the three answers you clicked: who the coverage is for, the age range, and what you're trying to fix. Nothing in that form is pre-filled from anywhere else, and there is no hidden field collecting anything you can't see.
Things your browser sends
My host records ordinary server logs: IP address, browser type, which pages were requested and when. That happens for every website and I use it only to keep the site working and to see whether it's being abused.
What I do not collect
- No advertising pixels, no retargeting, no data brokers.
- No analytics account is running on this site.
- No health records, Social Security numbers, or financial account details are requested on this website. If a plan application later needs that, it is collected by the carrier through their own secure process, not here.
Why I collect it
One reason: so I can contact you about coverage, answer the question you asked, and show you what you qualify for. I don't sell leads, I don't trade contact lists, and I don't run a mailing list or a drip campaign.
Who else touches it
Three services are involved in running this site, and each one is named here because your data passes through it:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives quote-form submissions before they reach me.
- Calendly powers the booking calendar. If you schedule a call, the name, email and time you give Calendly are held by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Loading a font sends your IP address to Google's servers, the same as on most sites on the internet.
Beyond those, information is shared only with the insurance carriers and their underwriting partners when you and I are actually working on an application together, and only what that application requires.
I do not sell your personal information, and I never have. No sharing for anyone else's advertising, and no sale of contact data to other agents or lead buyers.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own, and runs no analytics or advertising cookies at all. The Calendly booking widget does set cookies in your browser to make the calendar work. Its script only loads after you send the quote form on the home page, when the calendar is shown to you, so if you never send the form it never loads and sets nothing. They are Calendly's, governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, and I don't read them.
How long I keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as I may reasonably need them to serve you or to meet insurance record-keeping rules, which in several states means a number of years after a policy ends. If you're not a client and you ask me to delete your information, I'll delete it.
Your choices
- Stop the texts. Reply STOP to any message. See the SMS Terms for the detail.
- Stop the calls. Tell me, in any form, and I'll stop.
- See it, correct it, or delete it. Email or call me and ask. I'll confirm who you are and then do it.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you specific rights to access, correct, delete or limit the use of your information. Ask and I'll honor them; you don't need to cite a statute at me first.
Children
This site is meant for adults shopping for coverage. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Coverage for a child is discussed with their parent or guardian.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, and I'd rather say that plainly than promise otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get posted here rather than slipped in without a word.
