Shane Kaibney Private Coverage Consultant

You don't have to be the one who needs the help.

Plenty of people read the whole site, decide they're fine, and think of somebody else halfway down. A parent on the wrong plan. A brother who just went out on his own. The friend who has been uninsured for two years and stopped mentioning it. Send them over. I'll do for them exactly what I'd do for you, and whether you and I ever do business doesn't come into it.

Being asked means something

Somebody handing me their mother, or the kid who just aged off their parents' plan, is about the best thing that happens in this work. You'll hear their name again at Thanksgiving, so I don't treat them like a lead.

I say thank you

If somebody you send my way gets taken care of, I'll thank you for it like a person, not in an automated email. There's no program to sign up for and no fine print.

One call, and I say who sent me

Tell them first that I'll be in touch, then send me their details. I'll reach out once, say your name, and ask what's going on with their coverage. If they'd rather not, that's the end of it, and it changes nothing between you and me.

Tell me about them

Who they are and how to reach them.

Whatever you know is enough. I'll reach out, say who sent me, and take it from there.

And you

Your name so I can say who sent me. Your number only if you'd like to hear a thank-you.

or

Rather they make the first move? One tap sends them my name, my number and the site.

The highest honor in this job is being trusted with somebody's family. I've had people send me their parents, their kids, and the friend they were worried about at two in the morning. I don't know a better review than that, and I've never forgotten which of my clients arrived because somebody vouched for me.

Everything else (the four markets, how a call goes, and where I'm licensed) is back on the site.
